How long will it take to receive my order?

Why didn't my order come in one package?

We often process order items separately to increase fulfillment speed. This means you could receive one part of an order before another. Do no worry. If after some time you still do not receive your complete order, please reach out to support@stepupsupply.com

What about taxes and shipping?

Taxes are taken care of by us and pass the savings onto our customers. Shipping is free on select orders. Typically orders over a predetermined value qualify for free shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel an order, it must be within 24 hours of placing your order, and the order must not be shipped yet.
